Happy Fourth and GO TEAM USA! Mani Edition!
Tuesday, July 1, 2014
You guys! This is a week of celebration here in the USA! In a few short days, we celebrate our country's freedom and in a couple of hours, team USA plays against Belgium in the World Cup! This is a do or die game so i know many of us are watching and supporting our beloved team! Soccer fan or not, there's much to be excited about. Regardless of whether team USA advances or not, we have to be proud of the fact that they've made it this far! I'm rooting for them all the way and am keeping my perfectly manicured fingers crossed! Speaking of manis, i wanted to show you one i created for this week of celebrations! I used Pure Ice nail polishes in Pretty N Patriotic (white), I Pledge Naillegiance (blue) and Hit The Floor (sparkly red) to create my mani! I simply began by applying a coat of Pretty N Patriotic. Once it dried, i applied I Pledge Naillegiance and then dabbed a dot of Hit The Floor on a couple of nails to finish off the look. It's so fun playing with different textures and hues. These polishes never fail to impress me! They're budget friendly but never skimp on quality!
Here's to a big win for team USA (fingers and toes crossed) and a happy and healthy 4th to all of my fellow American readers! Xo, Carla - FMM
