It's no secret that I'm obsessed with makeup and respectfully all tools used to make application seamless. There is nothing better than a kick *ss brush hence my extensive collection. Needless to say that when i spotted the Artis makeup brushes, i was instantly intrigued. I mean, these are unlike anything I've ever seen before! Admittedly, the super hefty price tag kept me away for a while but eventually i bit the bullet and purchased my first. I was a bit unsure as to which i should buy. A blogger friend of mine, Rebbecca from the Frugalista blog purchased the #6 and loved it, however she mentioned wishing that she'd gotten a bigger size. I considered the larger size, but after giving it much thought, i felt as though the #6 was the best option for me for its versatility. It's a good size for applying foundation (though a larger size would be wonderful too), however, it's small enough that you can really work every curve of your face. You can also apply blush, highlighter and even contour with this brush and i just feel that the smaller size gives me more options! These brushes are made with CosmeFibre, a revolutionary engineered fiber made for applying makeup. The application process was quite different, but so fun! I love how innovative this brush is and as for effectiveness, it's on point! My foundation goes on flawlessly! My biggest concern here (or shall i say my wallet's biggest concern) is that i want more!!!!!! I may be adding the #8 or #10 to my collection soon because this brush is just that good!
