Pixi Does Marsala Right!

Get excited because Pantone just announced that Marsala is 2015's color of the year! Well, worry not because i've got some products that will not only get you through your holiday party celebrations but will help kick start the new year in style! Pixi revealed some new and some already loved beauties that will help keep you on trend for 2015! From their already loved Tinted Brilliance Balms to the utterly stunning new nail shade God Jul (Swedish for Merry Christmas btw).  So lets chat details shall we?

It's always a good idea to start at the beginning... i'm looking at you Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer. Petra (the creator of Pixi Beauty) never goes a day without wearing this primer and who could blame her really?  Flawless Beauty Primer is an essential product in ensuring your makeup stays put all day long.  It applies beautifully, absorbing right into the skin.  This beauty is sort of like the glue that lets makeup adhere to the skin allowing it to stay on longer.  Unlike actual glue, it's got a ton of skin loving ingredients to keep your skin flawless and prepped for your makeup application.  I love that you have the option of purchasing the full size or mini because i love having this in my makeup pouch!

Pixi's Tinted Brilliance Balms are already a favorite of mine.  They're incredibly hydrating and are absolutely perfect for everyday because they wear well and look amazing.  There are many wonderful color options to choose from.  I'm currently loving Rosy Berry sooooo much!  It glides on leaving the prettiest of berry hues on my lips with just enough shine to dress up even the plainest of outfits!

The Endless Silky Eye Pens are the most intense eye liner pencils you'll every apply on your lids! I absolutely love that they go on so smoothly and the color is strong and beautiful.  The color range in insanely gorgeous and the Glimmery Black is absolutely perfect for the holidays!  Heck, it's perfect any time of year really!  Your eyes will look stun when this baby goes on.

Some days i like to go all out and contour.  But on days where i just want a dab of color on my cheeks without all the fuss, i opt for a good cheek stain.  Pixi's Sheer Cheek Gel is ideal for those lazy days and is the perfect 'pick me up' for your cheeks!  Seriously, dab a little of this beauty on and you'll instantly go from blah to hey girl in seconds!

Pixi polishes are a favorite of mine because the formula makes for an easy application.  Their new color God Jul is a gorgeous bright red that will stand out this holiday season but will carry beautifully into next year as the Marsala trend takes the fashion and beauty world by storm!
