I love to prep my skin with a great skin polish. A great moisturizer is as basic as skincare gets. Your skin needs to stay hydrated so it's important to quench it with a quality moisturizer that will do the job! I personally like to use a mosturizer during the day with sun protection because... well, why not! It's so much easier to reach for just one product that can get it all done right? I'm loving Borghese's Age Defying Cellulare Complex PROTECT with SPF 15. It's light yet packs on the moisture. BTW did you know that Borghese is now conveniently available at Target?! Yay!
Another moisturizer that i fell hard for is Amarte Aqua Veil Pure Hydration Serum. This serum features a lightweight formula infused with natural herbs and moisturizing ingredients to soften, hydrate and nourish the skin. It wraps the complexion in a smooth veil of hydration that provides an immediate cool, relaxing sensation. I promise, the second this baby goes on your skin, you will say 'oooohhhh'. It just feels different from anything i've ever tried. I save this one for night time! I swear it's the perfect summer moisturizer!
I know we don't like to talk about it, but most of us have to deal with unsightly cellulite. I've had it since i was a little girl thanks to my wonderful ancestors who've so graciously passed it on to me! Sweet right? Grrrrrr! I've tried so many things to no avail! While there truly isn't a 'cure' for this problem, G.M. Collin Lipo-Fitness Serum is helping to minimize the appearance of cellulite with its innovative anti-aging body care product. The serum contains a caffeine complex that works to firm the targeted areas. It offers quick absorbing texture to target the reduction of cellulite and improve skin tone. While my cellulite is not gone by any means, i have noticed that my skin is much smoother and way more even than when i initially began using it. I'm going to continue this regimen in hopes that with an extended use of this product, i may begin to see even more fading of my cellulite... fingers crossed!
Pixi's Glow Tonic is one of my holy grail products. I'm on my second bottle which speaks volumes of this product! As a beauty blogger, i am so fortunate to have an abundance of choices when it comes to skincare making it difficult at times to finish a bottle of anything really. But when you find a gem like this however, you'll reach for it again and again! The (alcohol free) Glow Tonic is seriously amazing. It leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed and totally balanced. I keep this beauty on my nightstand and never ever go a day without it... its simply wonderful! You must try it! I promise it will not disappoint!
So while at the COSMOPROF Fall Preview Event, i chatted with the Karona brand about this self tanner. I explained that i currently used St. Tropez and loved it. They urged me to try their Express Bronzing Mousse promising that i will love it just as much if not more. I'm very picky with my self tanning options as many have left me a big blotchy orange mess but figured i'd give this one a go. Wow WOW! I'm so glad that i did! You guys, this is officially my favorite self tanner EVER! Move over St. Tropez, if you like that stuff you'll fall madly in love for this! While this is the only product from their extensive line that i've tried, i can attest to the fact that you will have the most gorgeous tan ever when you apply this. What i especially love about this mousse is that you leave it on for as little or as long as you need to. The longer you leave it on, the deeper the glow! Once you've achieved your desired level of bronze, you wash it off in the shower. It will still continue to work its magic, even after you shower but with lesser intensity. This product left my skin looking as though i'd spent the entire day at the beach. My tan was natural looking, not orange or blotchy. I love the application glove! It helps keep my hands clean while making the application process smooth and even! Best stuff ever!!!!! For real!
