blinc Eyeliner Pencil

There is nothing worse than an abrasive eyeliner pencil right?  Or one that smudges, leaving you looking like a raccoon when you think you're looking all Charlize Theron?!  Well, thankfully blinc has created yet another gem of an eyeliner!  Remember the ultra thin eyeliner pen I reviewed a few months back?  Well, blinc's Eyeliner Pencil is just as fantastic!  I absolutely love that it glides on easily and smoothly.  It's highly pigmented so the black is a true, deep black!  This water proof liner helps define your lash line while creating high drama and impact.  I assure you that after a long day of work and chasing my twinados around, this baby stayed put... no smudging whatsoever! I love the clean, crisp lines this beauty helps me achieve every single time!  Best part, this pencil is formulated with antioxidants and vitamins to help firm and condition skin while you wear it!  Can I get a woot woot for this A+ eyeliner?!
