This is for all my fellow members of the itty bitty lash committee! Raise your hand if you love the look of false lashes but hate the mess and hassle that comes with application!  I'm raising both hands on this one!  If you know me, you know that false lashes totally intimidate me (just ask my little sis!). After all, I've been known to glue my eyes shut or even lose most of my lashes due to my lack of application skills! Lucky for me, Maybelline has created a gorgeous mascara to end all struggles for those of us wanting long voluminous lashes without major fuss! Introducing Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara!  This mascara features the world's first ever push up brush with cup-shaped bristles that scoop, coat, and lift lashes.  It's the first ever mascara to deliver dramatic volume of a 45 degree lift. The plumping formula is creamy and glides smoothly onto lashes for a dramatic, instant charge!  The patented push-up brush has cup-shaped bristles which scoop lashes up from the roots, coating and lifting them up into a dramatic 45 degrees.  If you've been on the hunt for a lengthening and volumizing mascara, this one is definitely for you!  Now that i found my perfect lash situation, lets chat about my favorite beauty look.... strong lashes and lips!  But first, check out my Maybelline haul!

While shopping the Maybelline aisle at Walmart where i picked up my Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara, i couldn't resist picking up a few more goodies to complete my perfect 'strong lashes and lips' look!  Here's what i picked up:

These products helped me create the most perfect look!  I love nothing more than strong lashes and lips so here's how i achieved my favorite look using these Maybelline beauties!

Step One... fill in your brows!  I have barely there brows and Maybelline's Brow Define and Fill Duo in Blond helped my create a gorgeously defined yet natural looking brow.  Honestly, i think this is my favorite drugstore brow product to date.  You simply use one side to define and the other to fill in the brows.  Looks amazing and super natural!  TIP: I reached for the lightest shade in the Blushed Nudes palette to highlight under my brow bone.  This really helps brighten your eye look and further define your brows.

Step Two: Apply your shadow.  First i swiped the Color Molten duo in Taupe Craze across my lids.  I began with the lighter shade layering it with the deeper shade.  Then i used the berry jeweled tones from the Blushed Nudes palette to contour the eyes. Using the brush from the palette with the long pointy tip, line your lower lash line. TIP: If you want to extend your eyes, line only the outer part and bring it to the middle.  Don't line all the way to the inner corner of the eyes. TIP: Using a smaller tip shadow brush I emphasized the outer V with the deeper chocolate shades in the palette.  This helps elongate eyes for those of us with smaller eyes.

Step 3: Using the Eye Studio Lasting Drama Eye Gel, create a winged line across the top lash line bringing it only to the middle of your eyes and blending the line.  TIP: By focusing the liner outwards, your eyes will look wider and bigger.

Step 4:  Apply your Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara.  TIP: Once you've applied your mascara, go over each lash my using the tip of your brush and pushing upwards to elongate each lash!

Step 5:  Apply Maybelline's Skin Instant Flush Flush on the hallows of your cheeks and blending with your fingers. TIP: Use cream blush such as the one I'm using here for a beautiful flush of color. Cream blushes help create a gorgeous dewy finish.

Step 6: Apply your Maybelline Color Blur lippie for added drama.  This lippie applies matte which i love but is super comfortable to wear!  I purchased it in 3 different colors because I'm simply obsessed! TIP: If you want a bold lip but prefer to wear it a bit subdued, the Color Blur lippie has a sponge tip on the opposite end to help you blend it out to your desired color.
