Bold Brows Tools and Tricks!

Wednesday, October 28, 2015

Bold brows are totally the thing right now! You can't flip through the pages of a magazine without taking notice of this major trend! If however you're lacking in the brow department (raising my hand here), then you do what every bold brow enthusiast should... ya fake it!  Yes, just a few tools and tricks and move over Cara Delevingne 'cause honey, you got this bold brow thing in the bag! How you ask?  As a beauty blogger, I've learned quite a few tricks to getting my thin, barely there brows more noticeable! So when People Style Watch magazine challenged me to create a 'bold brow' look using Anastasia Beverly Hills products courtesy of Ulta Beauty, my brows were like 'heck yeah'let's do this! Check it out!

I feel the need to first show you what my brows look like without being filled in. When i tell you i hardly have any brows, I'm serious!  I've tried to grow them out for years to no avail!

The first thing you'll want to do is create your arch shape.  I like to use my Anastasia Brow Wiz to shape and define my brows.  I start on the inner part of the brow and work my way up to create the perfect arch without overdoing it.

Then, using Anastasia's Brow Powder Duo, fill in your brows using a thin angled brush.

Comb your brows using Anastasia's Clear Brow Gel.  This will help keep your brows under control throughout the day without flaking!

Finally, using Anastasia's Highlighting Duo Pencil, highlight under the brow bone to really define the brows!

These simple steps will quickly turn your barely there arches into gorgeous, bold brows!  Here's my final look!  What do you think?

Anastasia of Beverly Hills is known for her amazing brow products!  For the ultimate bold brows, chose a shade darker than your actual brows!  Be sure to check out these amazing products at your local Ulta Beauty or at Ulta.com!  Your brows will certainly thank you for it! Thank you so much for reading! Xo, Carla
