It's FriYAY!!! Not just any Friday but the Friday before a long weekend! Bring it baby! We have so much going on this week from BBQ's, fireworks, our (gasp) 12th wedding anniversary on July 3rd and packing for vacation! Thankfully I'm home all summer (one of the perks of being a teacher!) so busy weeks seem less stressful and way more exciting than during the school year. A few days ago, i decided to take my girls out to an ocean front park i recently discovered that is only 10 minutes away from home! This place is such a gem! We brought a big blanket and the girls enjoyed a little sunshine with a gorgeous view! Later we went out to lunch near the water and i have to say, my girls seemed so much calmer than usual. I truly believe this peaceful setting helped tremendously so i am going to make it a point to go more often. I'm thinking of doing a breakfast picnic here when we return from vacation. I think the girls would really enjoy that... toss in some bubbles and i think we will have a memorable time!
Now let's talk fashion shall we? I've been so into kimonos lately... like seriously obsessed! They're just so feminine and delicate! When i first laid eyes on this gorgeous kimono from Zara, i could not resist it! Sadly it's sold out but I'll be sure to link some similar and way more affordable styles for you! The other day while browsing through Nordstrom, i came upon this gem of a shirt... i mean... 'gangster nap'?! Being a mommy of twins, i found that to be quite amusing.... ahhhh what i would do for a gangster nap right now! Psssst.... it's on sale for $20 so don't wait because it will sell out! I also spotted these jeans and fell instantly in love! They're so comfy too! Equally obsessed with the shoes and bag. Speaking of this bag, it was sold out for a while and it's back in stock and also available in more colors! I think it pairs perfectly with a kimono don't you?
