Throwback DIY - Embellished Hair Ties

DIY's are a wonderful way to create beautiful things on a budget!  This post was one of my favorite DIY's because i simply love these hair ties!  I own so many because they don't crease or pull my hair!  Since many awesome posts often go to blog heaven shortly after they're viewed... i thought it'd be fun to bring this favorite back to share with you!  Check out the full post here!  Enjoy!
