I love discovering drugstore gems! CVS in fact, has so many! The other day while browsing the makeup aisles, i was thinking about how much my perception of makeup has changed over the course of the last few years. I mean, i was always a high makeup user. However, if you peek at my makeup collection now, you'll see so many wonderful drugstore gems! MUA is one of those brands that makes me want to keep going back to CVS and stocking up on everything. From the quality to the super sleek packaging, there is nothing not to love about this amazing brand sold exclusively at CVS Pharmacies.
Today, i have a gorgeous array of MUA lippies to share with you in some of my favorite colors! These beauties are so effortless. They glide on the lips like butter and are incredibly moisturizing. I feel like they are perfect for summer but of course they'll transition gorgeously into Fall and Winter too! Who doesn't love soft lips right? A great lip liner doesn't have to break the bank. In fact, i'm obsessing over MUA's Anti-Feathering Lip Liners because they keep my lipstick exactly where it should be, they apply quite easily and they're retractable so i don't have to worry about carrying a sharpener with me! My only gripe is that the names of the colors are not listed on the actual lip liner so sadly i can't share with you the exact names of the three i have. But i can describe them to you of course! I have a nude shade which is one of my faves for the perfect everyday lip. I also have a fleshy mauve and coral which are equally gorgeous!
The MUA Lip Crayons in Rose and Fuchsia are stunning... STUNNING! These beauties are infused with one of my favorite ingredients... Shea butter! The color delivery is just enough and they feel incredible on. The colors are so pretty... obviously i'm a pink girl but even if you're not, you'll love how subtle and pretty they are. Again, no need to worry about sharpeners here.... these babies twist up!
Lastly, the MUA Color Infused Lip Balm is quite possibly one of their most innovative products. This formula blends the drama of a lipstick with the smoothness of a lip balm! Picture a lipstick getting a giant hug from a lip balm and the result is MUA's Color Infused Lip Balm! The color i selected is Fuchsia. This products is all about creating a wet look. You'll get a flush of color and tons of shine! So so so pretty!
